The privacy and security of your confidential information is very important to OmegaTech (collectively referred to as "we", "us" or "OmegaTech"). This privacy policy describes what information we collect, how we use that information in providing our products and services to you and how you may opt out of receiving product updates and other information from us.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
Information includes your name, address, email address, IP address and may include credit card or bank account number, and reserve the right in the future to link such usage information to contact information or personal monpublic information for each customer or visitor to our web sites in order to better understand which information or services are of more value to our customers.

USE OF INFORMATION
This information is used to inform you of updates or changes to the Service. We may notify you of products and services offered by us, our resellers, affiliates and other third parties that we believe might be of interest to you.

By linking to CanadaGraphics.com, you agree to receive e-mail news, products and services offered by us through your e-mail address provided in Design Award Application.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our web site and collect regional demographic information. We use contact information from the registration form to send the user promotional material from some of our partners. Contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.

We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

ADVERTISERS
OmegaTech never shares advertiser's individual personal information with anyone, so an advertiser will never know that a specific user clicked their ad, and we don't track which terms a particular user enters.

COOKIES
Cookies are elements of data that a website can send to your browser and store on your computer. Our system automatically gathers information about the areas you visit on our sites and about the links you may select from within our site to other areas of the Internet or elsewhere online. We use such information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our sites. This way we know which areas of our sites are favorites of our users, which areas need improvement, and what technologies are being used so that we may continually improve our sites. NEWSLETTERS
OmegaTech offers free electronic newsletters to users. We Interactive Limited gathers the e-mail addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Customers may remove themselves from any mailing list by following the instructions contained in every newsletter. They can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.

SURVEYS
OmegaTech occasionally conducts customer surveys to better target our content and product inventory to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers and partners. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party, except as noted previously.

TRACKING
OmegaTech tracks user traffic patterns throughout OmegaTech.com and this information is correlated with data about individual users. Overall usage statistics, according to a user's domain name, browser type and MIME type gotten by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser), are also broken down. We also tracks and catalogs the search terms that customers enter into our search tools, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.

UNSUBSCRIBE
Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of each newsletter.

DISCLOSURE
We may provide order information obtained by cookies and shopper preference information (or a subset of such information) to third party resellers of the Service, merchants and third parties who are affiliated with our Service, provide services to us in support of the Service or advertise on the Service.

OmegaTech does not typically sell information about its customers and we will only share your information under very limited circumstances - always under strict controls against disclosure. It is necessary to share such information, for example, with outside vendors who assist us in sending communications, shareholder reports and proxy materials to you, securities transfer agents who effect transactions in securities on your behalf, and trust companies that assist us in providing products to you. We require these vendors to keep your information confidential and we prohibit them from using your information for their own purposes.

There are occasions where we may ask for additional information. We do this to be able to better understand your needs, and provide you with services that we believe may be valuable to you. Prior to collecting additional information, we will explain the purpose for which the information will be used. In addition, we may keep information regarding your communications with us such as emails and feedback.

OmegaTech takes the security of information very seriously and has established security standards and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to customer information. We use industry standard means such as physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, including data encryption and secure socket layer technology. We update and test our technology regularly to maintain and improve the protection of our customers' information. We restrict access to personal information to employees and service providers for legitimate business purposes to assist in providing services to you. Employees who violate our privacy policy are subject to disciplinary action.

We will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. Whenever you provide sensitive information (for example, a bank account or credit card number), we will take reasonable steps to protect it. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not used for marketing purposes.
